Workshops
Creative and reflective writing workshops for groups, organisations and retreats.
I design and facilitate workshops that use writing as a way to slow down, pay attention and see things from a different perspective. Using prompts, poems and conversation, we'll explore change and transition, the stories we carry about ourselves, and what can happen when we find new language for our experiences.
I'm currently completing an MSc in Creative Writing for Therapeutic Purposes at Metanoia Institute, which informs the way I approach writing as a reflective and creative practice. My workshops are particularly suited to people navigating periods of change or transition, exploring questions of identity and direction, or wanting to reconnect with their creativity. No experience is necessary - you don't need to think of yourself as a writer to take part (though you might do by the end!)
For groups and retreats
I offer workshops and facilitated group spaces that combine writing, reflection and storytelling. These are creative spaces for exploring voice, experience and meaning together.
Workshops can be in-person or online and tailored for community groups, creative practitioners and retreats, as well as groups brought together around a particular experience or period of change.

Every workshop is tailored to the people, context and conversations that emerge. If you'd like to hear when dates are announced, leave your details below and let me know what you're most interested in. You can also suggest a theme you'd love to explore through writing.
